We are looking for a "Senior Sales Manager (Sales Director)" who has sales and dealership management experience in automotive industry. This position will manage the sales processes in both domestic and international OEM and Aftermarket channels to achieve the company's defined sales targets.

  • Possess a well-established network in both domestic and international markets and the ability to build and expand strong sales networks,


  • Conduct market research and identify target markets aligned with growth and development strategies,


  • Analyze and report sales results and develop improvement suggestions,


  • Experienced in dealership management and dealership network development,


  • Manage business development and pricing activities while maintaining communication and project development processes with OEM customers,


  • Capable of conducting market analyses in all sales areas, creating action plans, measuring and improving performance, and optimizing processes,


  • Plan and carry out field visits to implement defined sales and marketing strategies across all sales channels, closely monitor and report sectoral, commercial, and economic risks and opportunities,


  • Actively coordinate with all department managers within the organization while managing current and new projects,


  • Lead and manage the team by setting targets, motivating team members, and ensuring performance management,


  • Prepare, monitor, and control budgets for both domestic and international sales activities,


  • Maintain a continuous improvement approach in all managed processes,



Aradığımız Profil



  • Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments,


  • Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive supply industry, specifically in OEM and Aftermarket sectors,


  • Proven experience in managing sales teams,


  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with strong representation abilities,


  • Capable of preparing and presenting reports to the Board of Directors,


  • Ability to identify target markets for sales and marketing activities,


  • Capable of tracking company sales results and developing new strategies accordingly,


  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally,


  • Proficiency in English is required (a second foreign language is a plus),


  • Residing in Istanbul Asian Side, Kocaeli, or Gebze region.
