İş Tanımı

  • Managing and driving the OEM, Renewables, Oil&Gas business segments and lead the team
  • Developing relationships with existing and potential customers and maximising sales and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating the entire sales chain and preparing action plans to achieve sales targets in line with the plan (sales turnover / profitability / payment terms)
  • Monitoring the market and competitors, gathering information about competitors and products in new markets and channels, enabling new formations in these markets
  • Monitoring receivables and credit risk
  • Ensuring the flow of information between customers
  • Solving problems with technical, logistical and financial assistance for identified customers, providing consultancy when necessary
  • Working in coordination and harmony with other departments, making customer visits and determining customer needs and producing solutions

Aradığımız Profil

  • BS degree in Engineering or Economics or Administrative Sciences
  • Minimum 5 years experience and strong competence in OEM, Renewables and Oil&Gas sector
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
  • MS Office Applications knowledge, especially Excel
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Good co-operation and interactions skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Proactive, accountable, and independent working style
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to understand needs
  • Focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Acts with integrity and delivers consistent results
