This role oversees QA/QC activities for electrical, instrumentation, and static equipment work, ensuring compliance with IEC and other relevant standards. It includes coordinating contractors, reviewing technical documentation, and resolving quality issues throughout project execution.
To manage post-sales customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and success, increase product/service usage, and reduce churn. This role includes supporting both customer support and technical issues, ensuring customers gain maximum value from the solutions offered.
Lead daily packaging operations by managing production plans, teams and KPIs to ensure targets are met in quality, efficiency and loss performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production data, improving processes, reducing costs and ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.
