This role will oversee plant construction, commissioning, operational structuring, and alignment with global standards while partnering closely with international leadership teams.

Head of Operations will lead the end‑to‑end setup, commissioning, and operational readiness of a new greenfield manufacturing site in the Trakya region. This role will ensure the implementation of global standards while building a high‑performance operational structure across production, quality, supply chain, and engineering functions.

To manage post-sales customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and success, increase product/service usage, and reduce churn. This role includes supporting both customer support and technical issues, ensuring customers gain maximum value from the solutions offered.
