The person will be responsible for managing sales & marketing support of current Encoder Products range.
The person will be reporting to Head of Marketing and responsible for product development and performance.
We are looking for a "Senior Sales Manager (Sales Director)" who has sales and dealership management experience in automotive industry. This position will manage the sales processes in both domestic and international OEM and Aftermarket channels to achieve the company's defined sales targets.
Identify new customer potentials and create sales opportunities for the relevant product family, for which we are a distributor. Introduce our products/services to potential customers and manage the sales process.
1. Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met.2. Develop new partners of responsible region/country and monitoring partners' sales in & out and stock.
