What do you enjoy the most, working at PageGroup?

Having in mind that a considerable part of human life is spent at work and with colleagues, clearly these two dynamics are of great importance. PageGroup offers its employees the pleasure of working within a young and dynamic team of consultants, who are specialized in different fields.

The company's communication-oriented, inclusive culture, as well as the amazing work environment, also play an important role in maximizing this experience.

I think it's a unique opportunity for us, as recruitment consultants, to touch people's lives and to create an equation in which we change those lives.

You are leading a very successful career at Page. What do you think contributes to this success?

The nature of the consulting industry is based on communication abilities and tasks. Therefore, I believe that understanding people's wishes and expectations and attending to these needs is essential. To do that, we need to develop a building block of social and sharing skills at a very high level.

Regarding our teams, our business partners are divided and specialized by industry. Closely focusing on the industries’ indicators and trends brings us one step closer to success. Setting a target, working systematically and regularly, and keeping discipline helps us collecting all the pieces to solve the puzzle.

The concrete factors which lead people to success vary depending on their job; so, I would say the only common denominator, no matter your position, is to love what you do. A job you love makes you keep the golden key to success in your pocket.

Which are the most rewarding and the most challenging aspects of your work?

It should not be forgotten that the only common and equally distributed concept in today's world is 'time'. We are racing against time to cater to our clients’ needs and to find them the ideal candidates.

We are provided with a job description, from which we need to clearly infer the recruitment needs and to address them as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. It can be challenging to provide crisis and time management when there is an issue, from time to time. Having a proactive approach, persuasion ability, empathy communication skills is essential to overcome these challenges successfully.

At the end of the day, testifying the candidate’s, whose life we changed, and the client’s happiness is undoubtedly the greatest reward of our job.

How do you expect your future to be at Page?

To be honest, I would say I don't have any expectations. I believe that expectation leads people to disappointment. I don't think it's possible to achieve anything simply by waiting. To succeed, you need a goal, a plan and to act. I have goals, ideals and I work to achieve them.

I have been working in PageGroup since 2019 and I am very happy to be a member of this team; I enjoy every second of this process. It is a great comfort for me to work in an environment where all career steps are presented to you in a clear, transparent, and fair way, from the first day you start to work at the company.

After 2.5 years, I had the chance to become a manager of my division so in the short terms I hope to be able to pass on to my team the values and work ethic Page taught, enabling them to easier evolve in their career at the Group.

In the medium – long term, as I continue to touch people's lives, I hope to keep accelerating both my personal and career development. The ultimate goal is to keep changing people’ lives .
